Scope of Services
Stitch Haven provides tailoring, alterations, garment remodelling, and upcycling services by appointment in Pilar. Any project is subject to garment inspection, material assessment, and confirmation that the requested work is feasible for the item presented.

Operational clause
Quotes and Payment
Prices for alteration and redesign work are based on the garment, its condition, the requested fit, and the scope of work reviewed in person or by other agreed means. A quote is not final until the garment and materials have been assessed, and any supplementary materials may be charged separately where applicable.

Project Conditions
For custom redesign projects, work begins only after the concept and scope are approved. A deposit may be requested before work starts, and any additional work outside the approved scope requires prior approval before it is carried out.

Services are provided with reasonable care, but results depend on the garment's construction, seam allowances, fabric condition, and prior wear. Stitch Haven does not guarantee an exact fit, an invisible repair, exact material matching, or preservation of brand value or manufacturer warranty.

Controlling summary provision
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Argentina, and any dispute should first be raised with Stitch Haven in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may submit it to the competent courts or other lawful forum with jurisdiction over the matter.
