Stitch Haven was founded by Santiago Pérez to offer a more considered way to alter and remake garments. The studio was shaped around the idea that clothing can be adapted with intention instead of replaced too quickly.

Each project starts with an assessment of the garment and a discussion of the desired outcome. For redesign work, concept approval comes before construction so the scope stays realistic and aligned with the available fabric and structure.

We also include a fit check at collection whenever needed, and any additional work is only carried out after approval. That keeps the process transparent from the first inquiry through to the final handover.

We look for ways to extend the life of a garment through remodelling, restyling, or reuse of existing fabric. When suitable, original thread and trim are matched where available, but only after availability is confirmed.

Careful finishing

A final fit check at collection gives space for small finishing adjustments without changing the agreed design. It is a practical way to review the result and make sure the garment is ready to wear.
